Randy Hebert Drums and Vocals

Although Randy’s first instrumental love was the drums, he is now a multi-talented musician; accomplished vocalist, bassist, drummer and guitarist. His great vocal range allows Sound Advice to cover a wide variety of artists... From country to heavy rock, Randy’s experience covers the full spectrum of dance music.

Randy grew up in Houston for the most part, he began playing the drums at age 11 where his initial musical influences were bands like Grand Funk Railroad, CCR, Aerosmith, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and ZZ Top.  Later he became intrigued by groups like Rush, Yes, Genesis, Kansas, other progressive rock bands, as well as several jazz fusion artists such as the Dregs and Spiro Gyra.  

Randy spent nearly 11years working with the Easy Money Band in Houston where he kept the crowd moving on the dance floor many a nights with his driving beats and his soulful rock vocals.  He and his brother Mike, yes it’s the same Mike that’s playing lead guitar in Sound Advice, have always been there for each other musically and continue to feed off each other’s musical talents show after show.
